Stijn Oyen & Laurent Van Geyt

Meet our new Food & Beverage team

Graduating in the year 2000 from the Plantijn-College in Antwerp, Belgium, Stijn Oyen started his career in Starwood Hotels, central London.  He gained experience during the last 5 years in Banqueting, Restaurants and Bars at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London and we are very fortunate to benefit from his knowledge.

Laurent Van Geyt, of French origin ,  has directly arrived from the Westin Regina in Cancún, Mexico, were he worked as Executive Chef. For 10 years he has been performing in various well known hotels like the Maxim’s de Paris or the Westin Los cabos in Mexico.  But Mexico was only one chapter in his life,  as he had previously gathered his knowledge in international cuisine in various establishments like the St James et Albany in Paris, which makes him a real  enrichment for our Hotel .

Joined together they make up  the perfect combination and are constantly innovating on the cuisine and service of our hotel:

The Duo´s first new initiative of launching a new delicious menu at Restaurant La Venta  has already proven to be successful.
